Adult Strength and Conditioning Classes
Our adult strength and conditioning classes will combine Pilates exercises and the introduction of soft-balls and rings to progress participants. Exercises will progress gradually, but participants will always be given alternative options to suit their own level of ability.
All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Participants should wear comfortable clothing allowing free movement. Classes will also include flexibility exercises.
